We are in a couple, including #1. Our home season WAS fantastic.

It confirms what we have been telling mostly intentionally deaf ears, MSU games now are a TOTALLY different experience than they were a few years ago.

I was there in the mid-90s for those stadium experiences and, looking back, loved every minute of it. That being said, I envy today's students. They should enjoy the new atmosphere and not be complacent.

I was there for the early 80s and even a few in the 70s. If he thinks it's changed from the 90s then what would he have thought about 30k seats and no lights.

The atmosphere for that Auburn game was completely electric. Reading the end of that article gave me goose bumps on the back of my neck just thinking about it. Outside of Bama game in 96 I don't think anything else comes close.

The AU game was my first on campus since Arkansas '98. I have been to Bowls, an SEC title game, the World Series, World Cup futbol, Olympic events, NFL playoff games, NBA playoff games, and some big SEC rivalry games other than OM/MSU, and that was start to finish the greatest sports weekend of my life. Best part was getting to share it with some of my favorite Dawgs and my son.
