Final ranking questions

Does the Committee do a final ranking after the bowls and playoff? Or will it just be the AP and Coaches polls? If the Committee does a final ranking, are the four playoff teams locked for a final top four ranking?

I asked this question a couple of days ago and didn't get an answer but from what I have read I think the committee's job is over. So I guess the only ranking that will be decided by the playoffs is #1. I don't know if the top four are locked in but I couldn't find where that was stated anywhere. I guess everything below #1 is decided by AP and Coaches polls.
