Final Rankings

The way I understand it is that the committee's job is done so the final rankings will be AP and Coach's polls. Is this correct and does that mean the final top 4 could be different than the current top 4?

Not an expert here, but I would certainly think the final 4 could be different, especially if Baylor and/or TCU win their bowl games.
