I hope not. If they hire a good coach, lsu will be right there with bama every year

I'd be more worried about our coach to tell the truth

Wasn't Pelini at LSU before becoming HC at Nebraska? His name would come up.

Yes he was, and I know their fans seem to like him.

He averaged 9 wins at Nebraska. Miles can't be much better than that. Pelini knows the South and he knows LSU. Seems like a good fit to me.

If he goes he will have lied to a recruit straight to his face.

Last 3 years they're...

10-3
10-3
8-4 with bowl to go

I think they're trending down

No. Harbaugh will be the next coach at Michigan. When sportsbook's take the line down of who is going to be the next coach at Mich b/c heavy wave of local Mich money coming in on Harbaugh is pretty telling.

.@Sportsbook_com suspended its Jim Harbaugh 2015 coaching odds yesterday after an influx of $ on Michigan moved the number from 8/1 to 2/1.

I think they've had bad luck with undeserving/misled underclassmen declaring in the draft leaving them with holes they couldn't fill immediately -- on top of mostly not having a QB sans one good year from Mettenberger. Regardless -- that team is a QB away from being a legit title contender next year. They played like 25 true freshmen this year...

I just don't think miles is good. Lsu went 10-3 with...

Met (starting Titan qb)
Hill (starting Bengal rb)
Landry (starting dolphin wr)
Beckham jr (starting giant wr)
Blue (not sure if starting but playing as rookie for Texans)

That's crazy talent to lose 3 games with

And with a defense that lost like 12 underclassmen to the draft and free agency the year before. Their offense certainly wasn't a defining limitation in their success last year.

Miles is an idiot who is lucky sometimes. But engie is right about them having some issues because of youth.

If they had Chip Kelly or someone like that, the Alabama/LSU games would be that much more interesting.

Child please, Miles has been living off of what Saban built for years. If he's smart he would get out now, he has two more years left at best before he's run out of town.

The enigma of Les Miles is the fact that while most LSU fans know that he is an idiot and probably costs them a win or two a year, he also wins too much to be legitimately run out of town.

LSU fans have been trying to find a reason to get rid of Miles for a few years now. I'm not sure why because he has arguably the best two coordinators in football.

And LSU is Miles team now. Saban built that team a decade ago..... I'm pretty sure most recruits don't even realize he coached there. I wouldn't give Saban that much credit...... He was only there for 4 years.

A perfect season for LSU fans;
1) go 12-0
2) win the SEC and NC
3) fire les miles

Perfect.
