This was done 11/22/14:

Dak Prescott*, QB, Mississippi State
Height: 6-2. Weight: 230.
Projected 40 Time: 4.69.
Projected Round (2015): 1-2.
11/22/14: This season Prescott has completed 60 percent of his passes for 2,521 yards with 20 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. He?s averaged 5.2 yards per carry for 861 yards with 11 scores on the ground. Prescott had an underwhelming game against Alabama and that was really the only game of the season where Prescott struggled.

Prescott?s play has been somewhat reminiscent of Tim Tebow at Florida because Prescott is playing in the same offense for Tebow's former offensive coordinator, Dan Mullen, the Mississippi State head coach. Like Tebow, Prescott needs to improve his pocket passing and accuracy for the NFL.

In 2013, Prescott completed 58 percent of his passes for 940 yards with 10 touchdowns and seven interceptions.

Personal: Son of Nathan and the late Peggy Prescott. Majoring in educational psychology.

Josh Robinson*, RB, Mississippi State
Height: 5-9. Weight: 215.
Projected 40 Time: 4.53.
Projected Round (2015): 3-4.
11/22/14: Robinson has enjoyed a breakout season for the Bulldogs. He's run with quickness and toughness to pace the Mississippi State offense. Robinson has averaged 6.5 yards per carry for 1,021 yards with 11 touchdowns. He also has 25 receptions for 347 yards. He had huge performances to help the Bulldogs win close games against LSU (16-197) and Kentucky (23-198). Robinson had some ugly plays against Alabama including taking an unnecessary safety.

Robinson averaged 5.9 yards per carry for 459 yards and three touchdowns as a sophomore. In his freshman year, he totaled 335 yards (6.1 average) and a score.

Benardrick McKinney*, OLB/ILB, Mississippi State
Height: 6-5. Weight: 249.
Projected 40 Time: 4.62.
Projected Round (2015): 1-2.
11/15/14: In 2014, McKinney has 55 tackles, 6.5 tackles for a loss, three sacks, three passes broken up and a forced fumble. One of those sacks came when McKinney beat Texas A&M tackle Cedric Ogbuehi off the edge. He has a big-time presence in the Bulldogs' defense and has shown the ability to be a three-down starter who can drop into pass coverage or rush the quarterback.

8/23/14: After redshirting in 2011, McKinney made a splash in 2012 and was named a First-Team Freshman All-American by numerous media outlets. He recorded 102 tackles with 4.5 tackles for a loss, one sack and four passes broken up. The sophomore had 70 tackles, seven tackles for a loss and 3.5 sacks in 2013.

McKinney is an intriguing, versatile athlete who has a lot of upside. He has the potential to add weight and play 3-4 outside linebacker, and maybe even some defensive end, along with inside and outside linebacker. Sources have told WalterFootball.com that they view McKinney as a three-down middle linebacker candidate for the NFL.

agree... but I think he's already made the decision regardless so it's moot.

Yah, Dak's gonna stay. He'd be 4th or 5th round best case and drafted as an "athlete" basically, no way that someone is going to make him the franchise QB until he improves his passing game. Will be interesting to see if we keep in the "run first" mode next year. Would love to see him get more opportunities to stretch the field with Bear and Ross.

Who'd they have Dak going to?

The site I'm lookin' at projects the first three rounds, and BMac (late 1st round - 30th overall) was the only one I saw...

EDIT: my mistake... I saw your date was a while ago....

Looks like we will lose BMac and JRob but get Dak back for next year.
Luckily for us, RB and LB are very deep positions for us. We need to shore up the OL and our DBS and we should be fine next year

I like Shumpert, he plays hard and he's a hell of a blocker, but he is more of a fullback than a RB. He is lacking in speed in agility. You have to have atleast one of those. He had some great runs the other night but you can't tell me that you didnt say to yourself," Damn he's slow"

I agree no sense in staying with the way the NFL has devalued running backs.
