Since I was at the USM-UAB game this weekend (although mostly watching the egg on the iphone) I can tell you that Howard looked like a nice RB. He also looked decent against us. But RB isn't a position of need.

They consistently ran over their left side with great success so I don't know if that was the perceived weakness of the USM defense or if their LG/LT are decent.

Meanwhile if I'm USM I basically offer the whole starting unit to transfer in.

I'll be curious where their QB (Briscoe) ends up.

Where did I get bill Clark as an offensive guy? Bio says he was a DC. Either way, he's a great coach with strong Alabama ties. I'd love to have him on our staff

I think we should somehow get Bill Clark on staff. I think he's a pretty good recruiter and a hell of a coach.

Speaking of UAB, it looks like official reports of them shutting down their program are starting to circulate from reliable sources.

We need to go after their OT named Cameron Blankenship.
