First you need a quality ribeye loin

Then you need a pan with a grate for the loin

Then you season the meat. My rub is very simple. Salt, pepper, granulated garlic. Coat liberally and pat in to meat

Then lather that bad boy in olive oil and load into slow cooker (or oven) over low heat. Ours set at 190ish.

Then my sour cream and horseradish sauce
