Probably a good move. You can't get rid of zim anyway. He can still hit I assume.

Yeah Zimmerman signed a huge deal a few years ago and still swings a good bat, he just can't throw anymore. Everyone knew this was coming. Laroche had some good years and is a good clubhouse guy. Wish him nothing but the best.
