going to have to shoot the 3 and Ft's better than that. At home, against lesser talent, we should easily be 40%+ from 3-point land. FT's need to be 75%+ everywhere if we're going to win games, but especially at home.

still waiting for Daniels to step up. last night he was so-so. 26 minutes and 6 rebounds and 10 points against MSVS

If we shoot 71% for the season at the FT line we will be one of the leaders in the SEC...that's pretty good

NDoye played a lot more than Black- looks like we are making a decision on our back-up in the post for this year

I'm not worried about our shooting at this point. We are without our best 3 point shooter right now -- and we had a bunch of good looks/good misses by guys still trying to find their college rhythm. I only remember one that was a bad miss -- which was Thomas' only miss from deep in the game. Dunlap, Houston, and Daniels combined to go 1-9 from deep last night on a bunch of shots that were good misses IMO. Those 3 are all going to be alot better shooters than that in reality IMO...

Our .739 current percentage from the stripe would have ranked us 42nd nationally last year and second in the SEC behind Mizzou...

NDoye and Black played together for a bit which was fun to watch. I think it'd be cool if those two created some old school Georgetown Hoyas chemistry when they had Mourning and Mutumbo. They both should wear the big wristbands and knee pads like them. Ndoye is a 5 and Black is more of a 4 imo. When they are in the game it's making both Roq and Ware way more effective.

Very much doubt that 3 point shooting and FT shooting will be among our strengths. Perimeter shooting is the weakest area for this team and that will likely translate into not so good free throw shooting along with 3 pointers.
