I've construction experience with QC on concrete on the industrial construction side...

but I always had drawings the ENG gave me...

I'm gonna build a shop for a buddy in the country and will be pouring footings to supports wood posts...

light roof, no snow load... wind won't be an issue either..

there will be no certs required nor inspections...

do I need to use rebar? if so, can you refer me to a doc?
