I usually love all of our new uniforms but these are abosolutely god awful.

i have never been a fan of the gold. But these are 100% better than those awful things from last year. Gold on white jersey is so much better than gold on maroon jersey. Also, Maroon helmets look great rather than gold helmets. Gold face masks and the gold outline on the M State logo is just enough without over doing it. I haven't liked the big M State logo on the side of the pants - but can live with it. Again, overall they are pretty cool.

I think they are fine. The biggest problem with the photo is that the guy in the picture is a skinny poor athlete. Put a filled out, muscular athlete in that uniform and it looks good.

I like it. Not a huge fan of the gold, but looks good here. Plus we will be sporting these with our current Heisman Candidate and #1 ranking. Meanwhile Ole Miss will be sporting powder blues and remembering old times not forgotten in the land of cotton.

Yes, I realize that. The 100 year uni's aren't great, they are just 10 times better than the maxi pad base uni's.

Like 'em. Also have really liked the logo on the pants. My only minor concern is whether there is potential for the facemask to temporarily blind or distract the player if light bounces off just the right way at just the wrong moment.

Yeah, it looks like they are a chrome maroon, like the gold we wore last year. They will likely look sick under the lights.

For the last time, Gold is reference to the Battle for the Golden Egg. So we incorporated it into our uniforms. Gold is not one of our school colors, but you cannot understand the reason why we use it. Cannot understand? Really?

I get why it's gold and always have. I just don't agree with doing it and hope the idea eventually wears off. I think it would be equally goofy if Utah and BYU had a beehive logo on the side of their helmet for that game, Ole Miss and/or LSU wore Green and White for the so called "Magnolia" Bowl, or Oregon and Oregon State wore Blue or Gray respectively because it's "The Civil War." Just a few examples. I get that many of you like it and that's fine. But it's okay for others of us to think it's dumb to wear something other than your school colors. I'd sooner wear r, w, and b for Veteran's recognition.
