Takes advantage of that between snaps when they are changing the play.
You know when the offense is set and it looks like they are about to snap the ball, then for a minute everybody on both teams looks up at the sideline to see what play is going to be call. During that time of the defenses be linemen and linebackers rest, sometimes the defensive line stand up. This will be a perfect time to snap and run a play.
Plus, it would keep them on their toes for the rest of the game.
