Yeah, but kinda hard to get rid of a coach if he goes 13-3. 9-7 or so makes the decision easier

Not that hard if neither side is happy...He could easily enough leave on his own volition without them having to fire him...

The Oakland Raiders are waiting to give Harbaugh the world. A nice pay raise (makes $5mil/yr), total control on all football operations (a big rift between he & the 49ers), & it's been said his wife loves living in California. Don't see the Harbaugh to Michigan ever gaining any real steam.
