Traffic post game

If anyone knows who in the Starkville administration thought it would be a good idea to divert all of south campus traffic away from hwy 12, all the way across town through the back roads to hw25, please give them a solid "go 17 yourself" from me. That is the dumbest 17'n thing I've ever seen. We live in on North Montgomery and it took us almost 2 hours to get from the Vet school to our driveway. Un17'nacceptable!!!

I was not a fan of this as well. I park a good ways from everybody, and that bs delayed my trip home 30-40 mins, and I never have problems getting out.

There has never been a problem on that side of town before; so why the drastic change in strategy? It was asinine. Yeah, lets divert all the traffic from the 4 lane roads, to the 2 lane road in front of The Veranda, and when you get to Montgomery, force everyone left and not let them go the highway. What a 17'n joke.

I don't understand why they try to divert traffic in directions that traffic is not trying to travel. We had to go around the world to get about a mile away.

It tool me 2 hours just to be able to go down town. They really shit the bed with this one. They could at least allow a moderate flow to 12, not just cut it off.
