Maryland and Penn State used to be a big rivalry when they were in the same conference. Now they are refueling the rivalry.

Never were in the same conference before. Maryland was in the ACC, and State Penn was Independent. However, the States border each other. After the game, Randy Edsal profusely apologized and said it wasn't his idea.
