Which would you rather have a SEC football title (lose 1st rd playoff) or win the CWS in baseball

Football.

I love me some MSU baseball, but football is king. Winning the SEC in football is looked upon about as highly as winning the National Title

Like Cad said, football. I love State baseball, but State football is pretty much my favorite thing on this planet.

I go National championship. We don't have when in team sports, and it is the ultimate goal.

It is if you're like Shotgun and think of it like this: "because it bring more respect and national recognition to the school". In general, either you're forgoing the feeling and the fun you get from it, or it's equal to you, so the the respect and recognition is the next best thing.

But for me, they (football and baseball) aren't the same. Winning in football is my dream.

I'm in the minority but the CWS title. I want that so bad I can't stand it. But that's just me personally.
