We needed another HS guard. I'm not sure if he was a take for AU at this point, but he's a solid pickup.

He's an 88 on 247, which is a very solid rating.

As for our O-line recruiting, I'm to the point, where I believe that, so long as Mullen's offense has a duel threat QB and Heavesy coaching the O-line, we'll be Ok as long as we recruit big bodies and competent kids. This guy seems to fall in line with that, so I'd say it's a great pickup

BTW, word is that he'll be a center

I wouldn't be shocked if we go after the guy from Madison Central- D'Marcus Hayes.

This is a huge pull..... Big time Auburn lean with Bo Jackson in his ear. He's a point away from being a 4 star for all of you star gazers. Our success in Bham is ridiculous this year.

We need to be doing this every single year. It's a huge untapped (well tapped, now) for us. Almost as fertile as Louisiana.

Yes Bessemer HS is the old Jess Lanier HS where Nick went to school.
