also, I kinda think that Husker RB from Bammer will be gettin' pimped soon....

since Dak isn't a darkhorse, anymore, can Blake or Amari be the new darkhorse???

I'll tell ya what... If Dak rolls into TitleTown... hits 16-30-200-2-0, runs 10-60-1, I will find every viable Heisman Candidate, snatch and grab em, and bury em in a cistern in NW AL... He'd have earned it...

I like the fact that we have the best front 7 in the nation heading into T-Town.
I like the fact that we can #RTGDF and hit big plays in the passing game

It's gonna be a war.

I think Dakota's heart trumps Bama's QB and is the difference in the game

I'm not going- I'm going to UPig game for Guy's Weekend and then maybe UT-Martin with the fam again...then of course, I'll be in ATL and the title game

Mariota has played very well, especially with no offensive line. Obviously, I favor Dak but it's not crazy for Mariota to be up there.

He literally fumbled away a home game -- and if not for Pac12/anti-SEC bias, it would have been their season. They are going to lose another game this year -- and Stanford is going to shut him down as usual although they can't score this year.

Oh, I'm with you. But he is playing behind an absolutely miserable offensive line, so the fact that he can put up any numbers is impressive. Again, I'm not arguing he should get it over Dak -- as far as I'm concerned, that's crazy. But Mariota is a very good QB and putting up good numbers getting crushed every snap.

The crazy thing is, he had Dak #1 2 weeks ago. Dropped him to 2 after we beat Auburn, largely because of Dak. Then dropped him 3 more spots this week in favor of the Ohio State QB after their massive win over Rutgers, Winston (who has no shit to repeat), and a West Virginia WR.

He seriously must just be playing games. He had Bo Wallace 3 last week.

If Mariota loses another game this year he's done. Their claim to fame is dominating that league, he can't take any more losses.

Pac 12 is world's better than the big 12, big 10 and ACC. The playoff isn't going to be 4 sec teams, so a 1 L pac 12 champ with a non-conf W over a top 10 team is going to make the playoff barring 4 undefeateds. There's no pac 12/anti-sec bias going on here.
