We don't play, FSU beats #5, and 10 more voters than last week say, 'Yeah, Mississippi State is #1.'

Folks, it's time to forever retire the 'no respect' card.

Although, I did hear somebody on the radio this week here in GA say, 'Mississippi State may not end up at #1, but they're clearly a top 25 team; how were they not in the poll to start the year?' So there are still some doubters who assume we'll fall. We can still use that as motivation for our team to stay focused.

That said, I don't think we need it. If we just don't come out completely flat, we won't lose this year.

this team's mentality won't shift much. As long as CDM keeps his foot on the gas peddle and doesn't relent, he team will be fine. just don't coach to "not lose."
