Besides this being hilarious, my only other thought is how do their [drunk] fans keep getting in close quarters with coaches and players?

It was probably an OM reporter. Their known to cheer in the press box from time to time even though it's frowned upon. The guy probably had a few cocktails while sitting in the press box.... it's the OM way.
