Key Defensive Stats 2013 vs 2014

After reading the "RNK for Heisman article" on SDS it got me curious about our defensive stats this year compared to last year.


2013 Total Sacks (13 games): 20
2013 Total Qbh (13 games): 52

2014 Total Sacks (6 games): 21
2014 Total Qbh (6 games): 40

Much, much better production from this group in 2014. IMO, big reason why we are 6-0.

Our pressures are a big key. Ryan brown creates a lot ag havoc and it doesn't show in his stats.

And the thing to remember is we have played some pretty mobile QB's like Marshall and Hill. I think those stats are going to potentially get a lot better the upcoming weeks.
