They have a big qb with a nice arm and some decent weapons on offense. Their defense loves to blitz, so I expect some big plays from us. If kentucky can beat lsu this weekend, this could be our 4th straight game against a ranked team.
Kentucky stats:
Offense scoring: 36.5 (5th in sec)
Passing: 264.3 (5th)
Rushing: 184.17 (7th)
Total offense: 448.5 (6th)
Defense scoring: 18.7 (5th)
Passing d: 191.5 (3rd)
Rushing d: 151.17 (7th)
Total d: 342.7 (7th)
We now lead the sec in sacks despite playing one less game than aTm (2nd place). Kentucky gives up the 2nd most sacks in the sec.
Both teams have 11 ints (2nd in sec).
I think we run the ball a lot in this game with success.
(I love looking at the stats of opposing teams, but they dont always tell the whole story. We're the #13 total defense in the sec according to our stats. We're much better defensively than that)
