If he was announced as the picker from the get-go would have been fine with it, but after all the secrecy and build up it appears we came out flat. I think it's fair to say that Ole Piss has the edge on this aspect of college Gameday.

Exactly. Comparing our fans to the materialistic fans of OM is stupid. Of course they did it big, they care more about the Pregame than the game. OM is just an act. Nothing about it is real....just putting on a show. Why we continue to want to compare to them is beyond me. Give me our fans at the People's University over that snobby bunch of fakes any day of the week. Quit worrying about Ole Miss. We can't even have GameDay without our Debbie downers coming in and bitching about the voice of the cowbell or the guest picker not being as good as OM....Jesus. Nothing about this morning was embarrassing on TV.....but people worrying about how it compared to OM, are embarrassing to our fan base.

Don't forget this is a sports show. the vast majority of those all around the country watching game day know who Paps is. Now they know how cool of a guy he is and that he went to MSU. Man that just really sux.****

This is the line I'll remember most from Paps and Gameday. That and that Herbstreit is a bitch for picking Auburn. Dick has been getting free shit from every restaurant in town for over 15 straight years and he can't give us one simple pick.

Paps was great. I have to admit. He did a great job yucking it up with the Gameday guys. I have a great feeling fellas and I had this same feeling when we went into the LSU game. Dak is just a different player/leader then we have ever had in any sport. This kid is big time and I love that he plays for us! A heck of a kid and represents our university well!

I don't mind whatsoever. He picked LSU and A&M as well. I say he needs to keep doubting us. Doesn't bother me anyway.
