NWS saying 60% chance of rain. High near 80.

On the Hourly Weather Graph from 7Am to 1PM, it shows a chance of rain (30 to 50%) with rainfall estimates of 0.04. From 1PM to 7PM it shows rain likely (60 to 70%). Rainfall estimates from 1PM to 7PM show 0.05 inches.
