What They?re Saying About Dak Prescott

?All that success has turned Prescott into arguably the hottest name in all of college football.? ? David Brandt, Associated Press (10.9.14)

?He stands to be one of the transformative figures in the 21st century in college football.? ? Pat Forde, Yahoo (10.9.14)

?There is an increasing realization that Prescott has the body and outlook to actually be the next Tebow. Prescott has the same All-American boy feel as the 2014 Mississippi State phenomenon rolls on.? ? Dennis Dodd, CBS Sports (10.9.14)

?What he has done has been remarkable. You think about him catapulting this team into national prominence. He steamrolled (Texas) A&M. He was beating them with his arm, with his legs and doing everything as a leader.? ? Mel Kiper, ESPN (10.9.14)

?If he continues to make big-time throws consistently, Prescott may end up proving to be better than the Heisman Trophy winner who shined in this scheme before him.? ? Coy Wire, Fox Sports (10.8.14)

?While the Bulldogs are made in Mullen?s mold, it?s Prescott who?s the real leader, and not just in that typical quarterback type of way. He?s their identity, their rock, the type to remain calm amidst the pressurized pandemonium that is an SEC football game.? ? Brendan Bures, NCAA.com (10.8.14)

?Their quarterback is one of the better quarterbacks in football.? ? Gus Malzahn, Auburn Head Coach (10.7.14)

"Dak Prescott is turning into the SEC's next special player." ? Jon Solomon, CBS Sports (10.4.14)

"What a remarkable kid. He has a lot of talent. He has the will to win. More than anything else, he has a quiet confidence. This kid has IT." ? Tim Tebow, SEC Network (10.4.14)

"He is the alpha dog." ? David Pollack, ESPN College Gameday (10.4.14)

"Before the season it was suggested to me that Dak Prescott was a Heisman candidate and I sort of chuckled. Not chuckling anymore." ? Ralph Russo, Associated Press College Football Writer (10.4.14)

"On a wild Saturday of college football, Mississippi State QB Dak Prescott stood out as the star of the show. It was an eye-opener. Scouts don't concern themselves with awards, but there's no doubt he deserves to be very much in the thick of the Heisman race. If he didn't have scouts' attention already, he does now." ? Daniel Jeremiah, NFL.com (10.4.14)

Almost half way through the season and he's a leading Heisman candidate and his personal story is endearing to every decent American. He's an all-American person and an all-American football player.
