Dak just moved up. Sucks for Gurley. One less team to battle for the playoff if it is a lengthy one

That would be my guess as well. Stupid by Gurley if true

Holy shit, great news for Dak. Sucks for Gurley. If it's something damning, Heisman voters will not be forgiving. Makes this weekend even more important for Dak.

JUST WOW... have to wait and see how this changes things in the east and yes that kills his Heisman chances whatever it is likely.

Man, if Dak has a good game and pulls out a win this weekend, he will be the heisman front runner by a landslide.

the Georgia conundrum:

They seem to have more players suspended or kicked off the team than any other school.

Is it because:

1. They recruit more thugs than anyone else

2. Richt actually is a good disciplinarian and man of principle, and thus kicks more guys off than anyone else?

There was a weird thread on reddit two weeks ago about a Heisman candidate selling his autograph on items on Ebay. Seems to be Gurley was the one.

Can I choose 3. Both?

Richt recruits a lot of thugs. He is a good man, but I get the feeling his players feel like they can get over on him

Someone selling something on ebay makes them a "thug"?

Got it grandpa.

UGA has higher standards than most programs. That's it. OM would lose half their team if they had the same policies. State and UGA have some of the strictest drug policies in the conference. that causes way more suspensions and dismissals than typical. Also, UGA doesn't cover stuff up. Right now we have a rumor floating around about another school's QB that will likely go unaddressed.

This is obviously something else.
