Was Mullins a fall back bc we knew we werent getting bates or did bates go to asu bc we decided to take Mullins?

Seems Mullins became the priority as he got his grades in order and we had part-yr video of both. Mullins has apparently put up pretty crazy stats thusfar...

Paul overstepped on how "elite" Bates is and everyone just accepted it as truth IMO. First time I've ever thought that he's done that. It wouldn't have made sense for us to accept Mullins commitment ahead of Bates' potential visits if that wasn't the case. Of course, for whatever reason, Bates just never seemed totally sold on us either... So, the split was most likely mutual...
