Well, she was already booked for a concert in Memphis for Sunday, so there was some chatter about it but as far as I know it wasn't known publicly until Herbstreit tweeted it.

Heard today she was 40 minutes late for the concert. A friend of a friend was in Huey's Sunday night and asked the waitress what was up with all the teenage girls with green hair and their mom's dressed like hookers.

ETA, Kenny Chesney was announced on Friday the previous week, so we may not know until Friday.
