Go back watch the replay. He was a step in the endzone when he let go. Quit looking for things to complain about.

The ball has to go in the endzone, guy, I'm stoked, never a downer. Just glad to get the benefit of the doubt, when, i saw it i said dam hurry up and kick before they review. Just thought i would share it, no reason to ever drop the ball prior to going deep in the endzone. We got lucky on that play. Hailstate

Ball, not step, has to be in the EZ.

It's only a fumble if they call it one. He got in.

It was not a fumble. It was a touchdown and called correctly, damn.

You don't have to step in the EZ, the ball only has to break the front edge of the plane.

I know the ball has to cross the line but he was a yard in the end zone. Unless he was holding the ball behind him it wasn't a fumble. I'll concede, it was a lot closer than I remember seeing on the replay. And agree that this could have really changed the flow of the game. Ref was on top of the play and gave the TD. Glad you're not a downer. I spend most time reading and we have enough negative Nancy's on the board. We don't need another looking for reasons to pitch a fit.

If this is all you can comment on I have a small bit of advice. Read more, post less.

If it makes you feel better Malcom Johnson was behind him and picked it up in the endzone to be safe.....and no the ball had not bounced out of bounds either

Thank you for posting this. Horrible thread. The ball clearly broke the plain end of story.
