Mother in law and sister in law work at Mitchell Memorial Library and they said traffic much worse than normal.

It is very possible that it has gotten much worse since I went through that area around 4:50. Most work days, it will take you 25-30 minutes to get from Burger King to the red light by the band hall in 5 o'clock traffic.
