The biggest difference between Alabama and Ole Miss- At Alabama, the students and alum tend to be pretty good, decent people. I grew up around a bunch of Bama graduates in Meridian, MS. They were fine folks. The Bammars who give the school a bad name are the sidewalk alumni, who don't even know where Tuscaloosa is.

For Ole Miss, their sidewalk fans usually are nice people. They hear all the stories of Johnny Vaught, Archie, "Three National championships", etc. They tend to think ole miss is a good redneck country school that represents their values. On the other hand, Ole Miss students and alums are so uptight if you were to stick a lump of coal up their ass, in 3 weeks you'd have a diamond. I think Ole Miss students go thru some indoctrination similar to what they do at Texas A&M or The Citadel...a Douchecanoe Bootcamp. It's funny and sad to see these backwood redneck hicks from Amory, or Rolling Fork, or wherever, wearing NorthFace, duckheads, and calling State fans "Raid Naiks" like they have a piece of shit in their mouth.
