I think ESPN picks the gameday picker and the school doesn't have much say. Once ESPN learned Katy perry was going to be in town it was probably a no brainer

I'm sure OM fans are loving this, it goes with their whole mantra. All they care about is looking good and being popular, among other very superficial attitudes. I can bet you 75% of their fanbase would rather have Gameday and the whole look at me show that Gameday brings, than actually beat Bama and become a top-5 ranked team. Its pathetic.
