Games considered are Ala-Ark; AU-MSU; LSU-UF; UGA-Miz; OleMiss-A&M

Hard to think we don't get one of those slots. Which unfortunately means we could get back to back 11 AM games.

There was an interview done with Stricklin this morning in which he stated that we have formally requested that the Auburn game not be at 11:00. So in order for us to play at 11:00 next week, the SEC and CBS would literally have to give MSU the middle finger.

If (when) we beat A&M it won't matter. We'll get the 230 CBS game.

According to the Vegas odds makers, MSU vs Aub has the best chance of being the highest ranked match-up

I thought cbs DHs consist of an afternoon game (2:30) and a night game?

Not always and they might have only done the night game for the 2 Bama-LSU "Game of the Century". Our game A&M last year was 11 on CBS.

YEAH, the CBS games are the 2:30 and a later game. I think 7:30? something like that.

they're using the 6 day window which means they won't announce until after this weekends games.

Oh, our official twitter account for FB said it would be announced today at 8:48 this AM...

They have two doubleheaders. One is 11 and 2:30, the other is 2:30 and 7.

When they have the doubleheader, they get 1st and 3rd choice. ESPN gets 2nd choice. They have one six day window they can exercise each year.

I suspect AU-MSU gets 2:30, LSU-UF gets ESPN primetime, and UGA-Mizzou gets the 11. Ole Miss - A&M probably primetime SEC Network and Ala-Ark 11 am SEC Network.

The CBS SEC games are scheduled to be at 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM CDT, unless CBS changes their schedule.

We need to win this week to get that 2:30 slot...

I saw somewhere that CBS gets the 1st pick and the 4th pick.

Suppose CBS doesn't take us at all. What other time slots would be available?

Edit- already saw a post addressing this.

That would be great. Here's an interesting stat:

Every game we've won over Auburn since 1997 (the last six Bulldog wins) has been a day game. We've not won all day games, but we've won zero night games. Keep it under the sun people!

I'm under the impression that CBS gets 1st and 4th pick for the 11 am/2:30 pm double header CBS day, but haven't seen any confirmation

screw the 2:30 game. I want the 6pm ESPN game forever and always

6 day rule? What a joke, people have to adjust to their bullshit. I also want the 6PM ESPN every single time. It pretty much guarantees I can watch and also is awesome for tailgating purposes.

If the pecking order is still CBS, ESPN x2, CBS then we will be playing at 230 if we win or 6 if we lose.
