View Full Version : I'm fairly certain Ole Miss is the worst team in the SEC West

I realize they are playing bad and that it is a long season, but who are they going to beat?

Arkansas? LSU?

Arkansas will f#ck OM up in Fayetteville! Lsu should win at home.

They are the worst by a significant margin when Wallace is wallacing. But they will win a gam when he doesn't play like a basketcase.

8-4, 7-5, 6-6 What you got? I say 7-5.

7-5 if they're lucky, 6-6 is a real possibility.

Freeze is starting to look like the second coming of Houston Nutt.

I think almost anything can happen. I wouldn't be shocked by almost anything.

They have a chance to beat Auburn at gome and us at home. Other than that- there arent any other SEC West wins out there for them

They are 4-0. They have one more gimmie win against Presbyterian so that's 5. I think they go 2-5 in their other 7. So 7-5, maybe 8-4. I think they beat UT and Arky and pull off 1 upset. They have a good D.

I've said all along they have an 8 win ceiling... tops. They lose to Bama, LSU, ATM, and us for sure. I think Arky, UT, and AU will probably be losses as well. They might sneak a win or two, but I don't think this season goes well for them at all.

They are a tough team to read. Their defense looks salty but at the same time they haven't played anybody that appears to have any playmakers. How Memphis was averaging something like 40 a game coming is baffles me, I dont' care who they played. They looked terrible and only 1/2 of that was because of the defense.

Their offense has looked terrible against two mediocre defenses in Boise and Memphis up until the 4th quarter when those teams started to run out of gas.

I've very curious about next week with Bama. From what I've seen of both teams I would think Bama 35-17 or something rather routine but OM always seems to play a lot of screwy games where weird stuff happens so no telling. I could see them not winning another SEC game based on the two games they've been tested at all in though.

I agree they are no better than the last place team. I predict 8-4 but 7-5 is a real possibility if we beat them.

I agree, and the SEC West is really really good, but, if your ranking teams 1-7 on the eye test, they are the worst one.

I still think OM is better than Arkansas.

I do too, but it's close. And Arkansas's style of play will hold up better against the grind of the SECW schedule. OM might not be better than them by the end of the year.

It's close and Ole Miss has to go to Fayetteville. It's contrasting styles, but if Arkansas plays like they did today, I think they win.

maybe so- but they play in the Ozarks- and that is huge for the Pigs
