Would each of you explain what Mr. Day should have done on each play. Should he have been short, over, left or right of each player stepped on when he hit the ground?

He obviously should've went head first and done a cartwheel over the players**

ETA: never mind, then he would've been suspended for "punching"

The SEC would have been fine with him stepping on Dak. Maybe they could have got rid of Dak then. That was his only option on one of them, trucking Dak or trying to jump over him.

he should've ran to the sidelines and punched a woman instead.***

Or have a relative do something, like Cam Newton did with the "church" money.

It's quite obvious that this could have been easily avoided by using the right equipment...

Nah! He should have done a full round-off with a full twist in layout position.

In all seriousness, if he is truly following the play to recover a possible fumble, he needs to do it in a more controlled manner. If there was a fumble, there was no way he could recover it by going in bull-in-china-shop style…. Hell, he could even avoid stepping on a person, how is he going to recover a fumble? He either did it on purpose or was out of control. He obviously shouldn't get suspended if he was just out of control, but if that's honestly the case here this whole thing could happen again if he doesn't reign it in.

I thought the same first but then I see he TD run Dak had and he would have been stopped short if he didn't cut back to let Bear finish the last block into the endzone. If Bear wasn't following the play he would not have been in position to make that block.
