Rice just beat USM. I think that means that USM is going to pack it up for the summer.

That was a pitiful crowd for Rice to be playing for the conference tourney championship. In their OWN park, and against the other perennial C-USA powerhouse. Can you imagine the crowd at DNF if we were playing for the SEC tournament championship at home?

If we were playing for the SEC title at home, it would be CRAZY. I can only imagine what it was like in Hoover in 2005 when we beat Ole Miss.

I'm not sure why they didn't keep the C-USA Tournament in Pearl. They certainly would have had much better crowds.
