Does anyone know a good public fishing hole near Starkville? I've never had much luck at OC Lake or the Refuge.

I've caught fish at the spillway in Columbus

I used to have pretty good luck in the little lake behind OC Lake. That was several years ago though.

Either a public land dove hunt or may try to put my kayak in and jerk some perch.

I'm going to be doing some work on a few deer stands and cleaning up a few shooting lanes. May hang a few new bow stands too. I will drink a few miller lites at the end of the day. That much is for sure.

Yep and lots of fish in tenntom. Hell I used to destroy fish in the sanderson pond when they first opened it
