Everything Ole Miss has hoped for since last February is coming together on the biggest stage they've dreamed for. They'll probably be undefeated. They'll be in the Top 10. Hell they might be in the top 5-6. Alabama comes to town. They are the CBS game of the week.

"And OMG ESPN GAMEDAY IN THE GROVE, Y'ALL..."

They're getting all the pomp, circumstance, glamour, etc that a regular season team can possibly have. They are on the biggest regular season stage in college football...

...and Alabama will expose them. They are going to get blown the 17 out on this big stage. And it will be glorious.

(As a side point....PLEASE somebody show up in the grove to hold up on the TV background a Bucky The Beaver photo)

I have to admit, I think its a long shot for us to beat aTm. But if we were to pull that off with our winning score showing up at VHS about the time they kick off and proceed to get blown out.... Mercy. Well a lot of rebels would be well-medicated against coughing, I'll say that much.

We will beat A&M. Period. Dak won't let this team lose.

Nah, it'll be another "close" 23 point loss. I mean, 3+ touchdowns is nothing, y'all.

I know all of the logical reasons for it to be a blow out, but I won't be surprised one bit if Ole Miss wins.

Ole Miss will not win. They can't stop that Bama running attack, and if they do, Cooper is unstoppable.

This game worries me--not because I think Ole Miss is that good, but because Bama looks shaky.

Could not agree more. To the one who predicted an OM win over Bama, not going to happen with negative rushing yards and their inability to stop Bama rush. It wont be within 17 points

Bama has the week off. They put up 650 yards on a good Florida defense. Had 4 turnovers, including a fumble-6 and still won by 21. I'm not worried.

They scored 51 last year

I think we can beat them though. Glad we have a week off to prep

before you go and say, "UF stinks yada, yada, yad", UF has a very good defense. Not much on offense but their "D" is pretty damn good.

I think if we score 40, we win. And I don't see A&M being able to stop us.

I think UM can stop Bama's run game for 2, maybe 2 and a half quarters. The question is whether Bama's defense will shutdown UM enough that Bama can continue to pound the ball on the ground if they want. I think they will be able to, but Bama's defense isn't as good as it normally is, so I'm a little worried. If Bama has to move to the pass early, that will be a huge advantage for UM's defense.

What's funny is that Ole Miss' Gameday will have so much MSU in it. With us and A&M kicking off at 11:00, Chris Folwer will literally throw it from Oxford to Starkville. I wouldn't be surprised if ESPN has something set up on our campus

Bama's D is a work in process, but their offense is the best they've ever had. But I also don't think bro wallace can expose their defensive weaknesses.

Bama's shaky defense just gave up a whopping 200 yards (93 passing) to an SEC team not named Vanderbilt.

Saban has two weeks to study the Chuck and Duck. OM can't run. The end.

A lot of people like to hate Kiffin, but his gameplan and play calling was a thing of beauty.

We kind of sound just like the Ole Miss fanbase did talking about us prior to the ass whippin we placed upon LSU. Seems like it's difficult for both fanbases to just realize that both teams are good--it's kind of like Alabama and Auburn in many years in that state. Something that many of us have never seen in our lifetime is about to happen--the state of MS is about to host two top 10/15-ish matchups on the same day. I'm fired up as hell that we are one of them, but I'm really not upset that UMiss is the other one. I think this season sets up to be potentially pretty cool in Mississippi. I'm not scared of the Bears, and I hope we DO play them for the SECW title in November. You know why? Because that means WE have a kick ass team this year and Mullen has shown he knows how to handle Freeze's offense.

Yessiree. TAMU still smoke and mirrors y'all. Don't be fooled by the USCe game. I'm not thinking they will even beat Arkansas, though I'd rather we get to expose them.

Uuummm.....What???? Bama gave up 21 points to Florida directly on turnovers. That's it. Florida has much more talent than ole miss. West Virginia runs a similar offense as ole miss (only much better) and Bama beat them. Bama put up 650 yards of offense against Florida, much better D than ole miss.

This game will be a slaughter. Henry and Yeldon will run all over them.
