I think 402-404 lower level. And then like around 643 in the upper corner area

Good luck finding lower level tickets. I had to buy field level box seats right in front of 403

What sections are the visitors' sections in Tiger Stadium?

Not sure what they give visiting fans as far as lower level, but you can find a lot of State fans between 640-643. Buying a ticket outside the stadium on gameday for $20 is pretty easy down there.
