How do these shows work? Do they only highlight one team during the 30 minute show, or are multiple teams featured?

I've been tuning in to the beginning of them hoping to see one on State. I tuned in last night, saw Missouri and changed channels. Sounds like I missed us. Any way to tell which teams are going to be featured during a given show? The DirecTV guide info does not include the teams being discussed.
