View Full Version : Any interest in revisiting "Elite Dawg Say" (T Dawg's thread with % for each game)?

Before the season, about 30 people put % chances of winning each game on our schedule. T Dawg gathered the numbers here:

Now that we are 3 weeks into the season, and we know much more about ourselves and our competition... any interest in everyone revising their predictions to come up with some new results?

T Dawg... I'd be more than happy to gather the results and do the analysis if you don't have the time.

I would change mine slightly. Here is my original and out to the side is how I would change my predictions.

@ LSU - 54% ---no change
Texas A&M - 77%---51%
Auburn - 72%---65%
@ Kentucky - 76%---70%
Arkansas - 75%---no change
UT Martin - 99%---no change
@ Alabama - 14%---20%
Vanderbilt - 82%---90%
@ Ole Miss - 70%---no change

Based on some formula they came up with that looks at stats for full games and measures opponent's strengths, ESPN has come up with per game predictions.

It's actually pretty interesting how close the ESPN numbers are to our general consensus.

Auburn - 49% (down)
Kentucky - 62% (down)
Arkansas - 69% (about the same)
UT Martin - 99% (about the same)
Bama - 29% (up)
