Ugh, can we stop with these threads...hey, I'll even add something here. If we beat LSU next week and Bama crushes Florida next weekend, can we stop with the Kentucky threads?

Agreed. Gonna have to
Get up
For that one to win on the road. Good news is that vandy goes from "likely" to guaranteed. Gonna have to play hard against Arkansas As well

Why. Why won't they be. They just went to 3 ot against a shitty florida team coming off a 4-8 year. Don't let this fool you. Good game. Bad teams

Much better to have winnable games across the board rather than some gimme Ws and some gimme Ls. I would much rather know we have a chance in every game than to pretty much know what's probably happening every Saturday.

It wasn't a gimme game last year, either.

Every team in the SEC except Vandy is a handful to deal with.

What will be interesting is to see if this is a game that motivates them to try harder or crushes their spirit.

I think Kentucky is improved, but it is funny to see people going nuts over taking a Florida team who was terrible last year down to the wire. That was a 4-win team beating a 2-win team in OT. Until we see differently, that's what it was. My guess is that this year it ends up something like UK with 4-5 wins and Florida with 6 or so, but neither of those teams is real good.

This. Florida is terrible yet Kentucky is improved. However, I saw nothing that says we don't best them.

Yes, I seem to remember it going down to the wire

I never think we have a gimme sec game. No reason to start now. Vandy may be the first exception in a long time.

Uk is improved but their QB threw three ints and the best FL could do was win in OT. Other than mason at vandy muschump is the worst HC in the SEC. UK is a 4 or 5 win team as is UF. Don't hit the panic button yet. That was a bump and giggle game from the bump and giggle sec east

It's the SEC West. Cross em all off as automatic.

People are still being denial, but UK will give us a good game. I think we'll handle it, but they're a lot better than last year when we didn't take them seriously.

And the only reason UF was terrible last year was their offense. Defense was legit and still is. UK moved the ball on them all night.

Seems a bit contradictory
