Why is 12 men on the field a dead ball penalty? The clock was running on that play.

Is it just me, or did Rice get hosed on that one?

Agree, I though Rice got hosed as well. Doesn't seem right.

I thought it was funny though that Penn Wagers told the Kyle Field to "Listen here" when announcing the penalty
