Social. Closed, but is back starting this year. Back in the day, the university used to hold a contest within the Greek community. Every fraternity & sorority elected their "representatives", and that group would tour every fraternity's party. The following day, a vote would determine the "best party", with the winner getting a BBQ/party thrown for them by the university. Phi Kappa Tau won the first 2 years. I think they may have shut it down after that.
