Always something strange happening at Jordan-Hare.

"Jim Chaney said tonight that the booth coaches actually got stuck somewhere between the press box and the ground level in one of the two elevators on the home side of Jordan-Hare.

By the time workers got the elevator running again he said it was too late to make it to the locker-room.

He said he wasn't mad and he said it had no bearing on the outcome of the game although he did say it's important for the booth coaches to be able to talk to the players and other coaches face to face at halftime. He also said before Saturday he'd never missed getting to a locker-room at halftime."

I saw a Hog fan's post asking why the Arkie staff didn't just take the stairs.

A reply said "Have you seen our OC? I don't think he does stairs."

They were "stuck" on the elevator meaning they couldn't get to the stairs. It wasn't that the elevator wasn't working with them not in it. First Headset Gate now this. Sheesh Auburn, why not just win fair and square? Wouldn't that be the better option?

When I see pictures like that, I always wonder if it hurts recruiting when the coaches are completely out of shape like that.

I wouldn't want to play for a coach that say, for example, looks like he would run practice from a golf cart.

Read this yesterday and thought the same thing about our headsets. They have too many of these "incidents" occurring for them to not have some culpability. It's not coincidence that both games turned dramatically after each of the two incidents we know about. But it wouldn't be Auburn if they weren't cheating.
