Already mustard buzzards inside...who pays this kind of money just to sit up here and let opposing fans in???

This always baffled me. Last year's Egg Bowl we had UM fans to our immediate right and on the row in front of us. 40 yard line west side lower level. Some people need an education.

I know where you are coming from, but certainly you know sometimes these are business contacts and vendor/customer entertainment, not to mention friends and family in this case. I get invites to LSU/MSU, am I not supposed to invite my LSU lawyer to MSU? And I did not bring USM fans before you ask.

A few years ago, I couldn't go to the Alabama game, so I sold my tickets at face value to a colleague (an MSU professor) who had some relatives coming into town for the game. It was only after I'd given him the tickets that he told me that they were Bama fans. I'd never have sold them to him had I known that. I apologized to those who sit around me at the next game. Fortunately, they weren't obnoxious Bama fans.

Not saying that this happened in this case, but it does happen.

Three years ago I escorted a meth head bama fan out smoking cigarettes. He had probably been awake three days but some other state fans had my back.

Just grabbed him by the arm and out we went. The scary thing is he wasn't only jacked up on drugs but also a weightlifter, big ass dude.

Do not ever sell tickets to anyone but MSU fans, especially club level.

I'm sure some last night were husband and wife. I saw at least 2 that appeared to fit that description with one party in maroon and the other in mustard. I know another MSU couple that sits in the Club Level that has the same husband/wife situation when we play Auburn, but they are there in maroon for every game except once every 2 years when we play Auburn and become a house divided. It's not ideal, but some of this is going to happen. Unescorted opposing fans that obtained Club tickets is another matter.

One thing for sure, the mustard color of their shirts sure made them easy to spot last night.

I've been invited to the OM club level and my cousin sits in the club level at LSU and is hosting some MSU family for the game in BR this year. I'm not really against it unless it's a huge problem. Also, you have to understand how to act if you're a visitor in club level...

I'll bend enough to agree with this, but selling your tickets to random fans of a rival school is total BS. Inviting your friends is another thing altogether and limits the number of people you're dealing with.

My house rule if I have guest of the other team: no school colors and be nice! That has worked on occasion when I've invited family or close friends! Mostly Gator fans.

that's a reasonable place to draw a line. The last thing we need is DWS becoming Bryant Deny-West during down years.
