Lunch was a pot roast sandwich on wheat bunch with chopped red onion, pickle, and Tabasco mustard. Tonight in StarkVegas has been fun to say the least. No empty cups. First home weekend means come strong.

Had brats and my fair share of miller lites. Looks like BBQ and more miller tomorrow.

Did small foods all day. Rotel, blue cheese stuffed bacon wrapped dates, deviled eggs, meatballs in chili sauce and grape jelly, pizza dip. Got an injected pork shoulder going all day today.

I'm going to th grocery store to buy what looks good... it's going to be a lazy Labor Day for me. 1 item on the grill...
the rest will be ready made.
