A few highlights:
McKinney- 6'5 240 w/9.5% body fat
Gabe Jackson- at 330lbs still has a 31 inch vertical
LP- at 191lbs benched 225, 25 times
Jamerson Love- fastest on team 4.29
**i just want to put out there that body fat % is something very few people really understand. I always hear people say they are 5% body fat. Complete BS. 13% and under w/ muscle is usually ripped. For reference, Mr. Olympia (top bodybuilding award in the world) is usually won at 2-3% body fat which is dangerous for your body and impossible to maintain without death. Benardrick being 6'5 240 w/a 9.5% body fat as a sophomore is absolutely mind blowing. He is a freak of nature that could easily hold 260 by his senior year if he stays that long. Sorry for the rant, just wanted that number properly appreciated.**
