They gotta give him at least 2. What kind of message does that send to prospective up-and-coming coaches that a school with a shitty non-existent football history, who's fans don't even travel to 3 straight bowls, would fire a coach after 1 bad year, in a season that most people figured would be a rebuild?

What you say is true..but when they go 0-12 or 1-11, I'd do something else.
