Figured some people here could appreciate some of the things this Boise fan says:

"Over the last few days I've read a little about Ole Miss's football history. A lot of good folks have graced their turf over the years. Yet, in the last 40 years they have had little success. A lack of success can often times make people bitter and hateful."

He left out delusional thinking as one of the effects of such bitterness and hatred. Hilarious thar dineibrvehi has had a small sampling of the OM fan base, thinks the se thing that every other SEC fan base thinks about them.

Part of the problem with this article is that neither team or fanbase has either passion or hatred toward the other team.

The article might have it's place, but not this week.

I do think both programs have something in common. They are about appearances. Boise cares about the appearance of what an undefeated season means even if they know that it is meaningless when only 2 teams per year are even a worthy opponent. Om is about the appearance of what some random game vs a rival they rarely beat when it's important or what scout.com actually knows about recruiting.

Both want arbitrary instances in football to count instead of actual results of real competition.

Passion vs Hate? nah

Perception vs Reality

Bitter? Hateful? Dead on.
